TK Classrooms (Oak Valley Elementary)—Title 5 compliant facilities for young children.

Security fencing (district-wide)—improvements to security of perimeter fencing.

Communications (district-wide)—replacement of archaic phone systems, along with public address systems district-wide, implementation in summer 2024.

Playground modernization (Oak Valley Elementary)—main play area scheduled for upgrades starting in June 2024, with possible projects in TK and at Jonata in summer 2025.

Student restrooms (Jonata Middle School)—modernization of student restrooms beginning in summer 2024.

Electrification of the bus fleet (district-wide)—combined with grants totaling $1.2 million, the district is replacing both of its full-sized buses and creating charging infrastructure for the future with construction starting in May 2024.

Structural beams (Jonata Middle School)—repair and replacement of structural beams will begin in May 2024.

Roofing (Jonata and Oak Valley)—significant roofing work to begin in June 2024, with completion scheduled for summer 2025.

HVAC (Jonata Middle School) —upgrades for mechanical units, and repair/replacement of ductwork to begin in August 2024, with completion scheduled for summer 2025.

Plumbing infrastructure (Oak Valley Elementary)—upgrades to plumbing systems for sustainability, likely in summer 2025.
